Well this is amazing.  After two years of having this site around on one domain or another, someone I know actually asked if I could add something for them.

Release contains new Time Zone on skill end date calculator and skill calculator, plus changed the time format to 24 hour clock.  I have no idea why I didn't do that originally, its not like every clock I use is in 24 hour format or anything.
